For your convenience and to expedite the art intake process, you may email your forms in advance to edc856@gmail.com or you can download, fill out, and bring them to art intake. (Note: If you have any issues viewing on your mobile device, try viewing on a laptop of desktop computer.)
You can pay entry fee at the gallery during art intake or if you prefer you can pay in advance using PayPal by Clicking Here.
